How do I find out why I get a password error when trying to do a factory data reset?

I'm trying to do a factory data reset and when the screen comes up to sign in to my Samsung account, it has my default gmail account listed, but when I put in my Samsung account password, it says password error. I know it's the right password, because I'm typing this on my Samsung account on the Samsung website. How do I fix this?

Question

Why am I unable to play my Media hub video purchases on my Galaxy Tab 10.1

When I hit play, I immediately get a message stating " Sorry, this video cannot be played". I'm not even prompted which player I want to use to play the video, so my player is NOT the issue, but just to curtail that line of questioning, I've uninstalled any add-on player on my device (Doubletwist) and now only have the stock Google video player. What's wrong here?

Question

How do I play swf interactive files in a Galaxy tab 10?

I just bought the Galaxy tab 10 and I can't play swf files which I don't want to convert to a video format because they are interactive files... not just a video.
I can play them if they are online to a server but I can't open them locally in the tablet.
Should I install a driver?
I hadn't found any information through the net. Mostly just convert the swf to a video format which it doesn't work for me.

Question

Copying Movies from my computer to my tablet..

In the spec. of my tablet is says it can play AVI videos but yet I can't copy AVI movies from my computer to my tablet..
Can you give me some ideas how I can do this...
