Question

Can't get it to turn on correctly.

It has a full charge but when I push the on button it comes on for a few seconds then shuts off. It doesn't show the apps on the lower left side (home, apps, etc.) What am I doing wrong?

Try following the steps below:

After hooking up your device to the computer, you will see the USB symbol in the "communicator line" (at the top of your display). Pull this down by touching and sliding it down. Select "USB connected", another window appears, select "Mount". You should now be able to view, move, access files on your device and pc.
