Try following the steps below:

After hooking up your device to the computer, you will see the USB symbol in the "communicator line" (at the top of your display). Pull this down by touching and sliding it down. Select "USB connected", another window appears, select "Mount". You should now be able to view, move, access files on your device and pc.

Question

Is there a way to get a replacement screw cover?

With in the first week of having my tab, I noticed that somehow one of the screw covers next to the universal port had fallen out. I never attempted to remove it, so its a bit discouraging that it fell off on its own. I couldnt find it anywhere.

Question

if the galaxy tablet has screen impression issues?

I just recieved my tablet and already there is an impression in the middle of my screen. Knowing this would happen i would have been more than willing to get a laptop. Has this happened to all the new tablets? What do i do to fix it?

1. Remove the battery
2. Wait 2 minutes
3. Replace battery
4. Reboot phone
