Sign into Dropbox or create an account from the app on the tablet itself (not a computer or another device). When you first sign up for Dropbox, they provide you with 2GB of file space for free. Within a few hours of signing up, you should receive an email with instructions on how to activate the additional 48GB of file space.

Bank of America app won't work with samsung galaxy tab 2

I just purchased a samsung galaxy tab 2 10.1 model gt-p5113ts, android version 4.1.1. Bank of America app says my device is incompatible. They say I need version 3.0 or 3.1. Do you know how I can get version 3.0 or 3.1.

what is the best format to encode movies for the Galaxy Tad 2

How to Remove Additional Home Screens: pinch on any of the home screens. A menu should open up to show all the current home screens. Tap and drag the home screen you want to get rid of to the trash can.

For disabling the notification of availability, you need to dismiss the notifications. They shouldn't reappear again until a different update becomes available.

Question

Fail to detect my home router, which it worked before.

I used to be able to connect to my home network, but all the sudden, it said my network is NOT IN RANGE. But my desktop & laptop do NOT have have any problem connect to that network. Only the Samsung tablet cannot locate my router. Is there any thing I can do to fix that problem.

If you have a Samsung account and set up Samsung Dive on the device through your security settings, you can remotely track it, as long as it is powered on and near a Wi-Fi signal. Once you're able to track it, you can remotely erase, lock it, etc. Please review the support article below for more info.

Question

Why does my tab need to be reset to retain settings?

I have had to use the factory reset 3 times since the purchase. Play store and other apps will not connect to the network. I have wireless access and can get to the web, but when I try to get to Google Play Store, or some other apps that use the connection, they say no connection retry. The only way to resolve is start over with a factory reset.

Question

Moving music, photos and apps to external card.

I am using a Samsung Tab 2 7.0 and have fitted a 32GB memory card to store videos etc. Everything is going to the device memory instead and I cannot see how to move them to the memory card.

Where did my email go in my inbox?

I have a Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 that I bought and set up yesterday. I get notifications I have email in my centurytel.net account and when I click on the email icon it shows email in my in box. When I click on my inbox tab all my email disappears. All my email that was in my inbox is gone. Any idea why and where it went?

Stolen Galaxy Tab 2 10.1

Hello,

My daughter's Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 tab was stolen out of her backpack. We are attempting to track it down (the many "find my device" apps installed doesn't seem to work if the device is wifi only). Can we locate it somehow with the HEX/IMEI number? The device was locked with a password, but I'm not sure how long it will take them to crack that.

You'll need to pinch to zoom so that all pages display in miniaturized form on the screen at once and then click on the pages you no longer want (one at a time) and drag them to the bottom middle of the screen and they will be removed.
