Question

Change Accuweather on home screen

I like having the weather on the home screen but the Accuweather app will only update ever hour and the little refresh button doesn't work unless I go into the app.
I can't find Accuweather in Applications so I can't uninstall it.
Is there a way to fix this or another weather app that will fill the top area where Accuweather is?

You can click, hold and drag the weather widget to the trash bin and it will remove it from the screen, but not from the tablet itself.

Question

Why battery drains so fast

My galaxy's battery drains so fast. I turn off bluetooth, wifi, every thing that will consume extra power but yet it drains so quickly. Using it just for browsing, taking or viewing photos or typing can consume the power so quickly. It won't serve me for more than 3 hours. Is this peculiar to mine alone? Is there any thing I or Samsung can do about this?

No, the Android operating system does not allow one to copy apps to external storage. Only movies, music & pictures can be copied to this medium.

My Keyboard that came with my Tab 2 7.0 Student Edition is acting up ever since I bought it. The letter "O" doesn't always work. Is this covered in the year limited warranty? I tried to return it to Best Buy but with no luck since I didn't buy "Their" Warranty. Will Samsung fix this for me? Also the Photo and Product discription under My Product does not aknoledge that I have a White Tab and It includes the Keyboard since it is a Student Edition...

Question

The MicroSD card is not inserting all the way

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 and just bought it a 32GB micro SD card. I have correctly positioned the gold contacts down but once I insert the card in the slot, it doesn't go down all the way so that I can hear it click into place. Please help!

You shouldn't have to force the card in at all, so if you are unable to get the card to click into the slot, we recommend you try testing another card or checking to see if the card appears in the tablet's menu and just needs to be formatted.
