Why does the Samsung Keyboard not work?

Hi, I've been having an issue with the Samsung keyboard on my tablet. I can open every program just fine, but the moment I try to type anything, the application crashes and closes, showing the, "Unfortunately, such and such a program has stopped" message. I tried other keyboards and they didn't work either. This is the second time it has happened. The last time this happened, the only way I could fix it was by doing the factory reset. I do not feel like resetting my tablet every two months. What can I do to fix this? I apologize for the poor quality of the video.

Question

factory reset leads to other weird option

Hello,
When I followed the instructions on Samsung's site to do a factory reset,
I got into something called "ODIN Mode". Now it says "Downloading:
do not turn off target"
What is this and how do I get out of it without turning off the tablet?

Any help would be appreciated.

There are no compatible adapters manufactured by Samsung that would allow a physical connection, but depending on the model of your TV, you may the ability to share media via your wireless network to the TV via DLNA. If your TV supports DLNA, just look for DLNA apps on the Google Play store.

Question

why won't my tablet unlock my network provider using wi fi when I have entered the password etc?

I enter both the network and password and actually see that I am connected but it still secured(locked) even though seeing that I am connected.

Thank you for contacting Samsung. It sounds like it's behaving properly. When you connect to a secured or locked network, you should still see that it's secured. It's state shouldn't change to unsecured after you join it. Thank you for being a Samsung customer!

Facebook

Question

Where can I find the notification info to turn off the default sound?

For the past two days my tablet will suddenly start going off with a notification sound. I've checked all of my games and it's not them, it will just suddenly start and will not stop after a certain amount of time. I've had to slide the volume completely to off to make the sound stop.

Based on your description, it sounds like an alarm has been set. We recommend you review your alarm settings (Apps > Alarm) to see if one has been set by accident. You can find instructions on alarm settings on pages 145-146 of your user manual. If the manual is not handy, you can refer to the following PDF copy.

As long as the hotspot or hotel network is broadcasting, you should see the option to connect them in the same area where wireless networks are listed. If you are having difficulty getting the tablet to connect to wireless, we recommend you review the following support article.

Also, Samsung does not produce an adapter that will allow connection to the Internet via a wired Ethernet connection.

Flash Player refuses to install

I have a new Galaxy Tab 2 7.0. When I search for Flash player in Google Play/Market no results come up. When I attempt to use an app that requires flash I am taken to an Adobe Flash Player Install Page and Adobe Flash Player refuses to install on my device. It reports Flash Player is not available in my country. I am in the United States. When I go directly to adobe via web browser to install flash player it reports that flash is not compatible with my device. The Box Claims the Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 is Flash Compatible. Why will Flash Player not install? Model Number GT-P3113TSYXAR.

Battery won't charge to 100% charge

My Tab will not charge to 100% battery charge. All it will charge to is 99% or less no matter how long it's plugged in. Has anyone else experienced this problem with their Tab?
