I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue. Try pressing Clear/Off, make sure the door is closed securely, then try to restart the self-clean cycle. If it still won't start, try unplugging the range or turning the circuit breaker off for at least 30 seconds, then plug it in or switch the circuit breaker on and try to restart the self-clean. If this does not resolve the issue, your FTQ353 may require service.
