I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with the kitchen timer on your FTQ352 range. If you're following the instructions for setting the timer as explained on page 20 of the user manual, including starting the timer by pressing the Kitchen Timer On/Off button after the amount of time is selected, but it is turning off on its own prior to the time elapsing, it may require service.
