I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue. Please check to make sure the range is plugged in properly, and the fuse is not blown or circuit breaker switch has not tripped. If the appropriate 240V, 60 Hz, 40 amp power supply is working properly, the controls are set correctly and not locked out (clear this by pressing the Clear/Off pad for 3 seconds), and the cooktop still will not heat up, your range may require service.
