I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue. E-28 is a functional error indicating there may be a shorted oven sensor. Press the CLEAR/OFF pad and restart the oven. If the problem persists, disconnect all power to the range for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect the power. If this does not solve the problem, your FTQ352 may require service. Please submit your contact information through the link below, or call 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who can assist you.

It is okay to wipe the cooktop with a soft cloth or sponge. However, I would suggest caution be used in selecting soaps or detergents other than those recommended for ceramic cooktops due to the potential for scratching or residue which could stain the cooktop. Samsung recommends using ceramic cooktop cleaners on the glass cooking surface of the FTQ352.

For more information, please refer to page 43 of the User Manual which can be downloaded as a pdf file from this website.

I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue. The E-08 code indicates an oven heating error. Try cycling the power to the range by turning the circuit breaker off then back on. If normal operation does not resume, your range will require service. To initiate service through Samsung, please submit an online service request through the link below, or call 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to assist you.

The fans in your convection oven are designed to turn off when the oven door is open to prevent hot air from being blown out of the oven when the door is open causing large temperature fluctuations. If you have selected a convection setting and your fans are not turning on with the door closed, please call 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who can help you determine whether service will be necessary.

Samsung does not recommend lining the racks or bottom of the FTQ352 oven with aluminum foil to catch spills. Doing so could effect the heat circulation, resulting in poor baking, and may damage the oven surface.

The light in your FTQ352 oven should not blink on and off if the bulb is working and the door is closed properly. If the light blinks when the door is open, check the bulb to make sure it is screwed in securely. If it is and it still blinks, I would suggest replacing the bulb. If the light blinks when the door is closed, please check the door and make sure it is closed securely. If it is, your FTQ352 will require service. I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue. The drip is likely caused by food spilling into one of the vents in the door which are necessary to help prevent the door from getting too hot on the outside. The door would need to be disassembled to clean between the glass. I would suggest having service such as this performed by a trained professional to avoid damage to your range and injury to yourself. burner element dimensions

I have been lookin at the ftq352, ftq353, and ftq387 and cannot find the element dimensions anywhere nor can the sales person at my local store. Please provide this data on your web pages. Burner dimenstion are a critical part of the decision process, why hide the date behind the fluff of "5 cook top element Y es(Dual: 2, Single: 2, Warming: 1) " which means nothing. Also your web pages do not play nice with the firefox browser. unable to login with firefox

I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue. Please check to make sure the range is plugged in properly, and the fuse is not blown or circuit breaker switch has not tripped. If the appropriate 240V, 60 Hz, 40 amp power supply is working properly, the controls are set correctly and not locked out (clear this by pressing the Clear/Off pad for 3 seconds), and the cooktop still will not heat up, your range may require service.
