The FEN500 is indeed a newer model, and is, in fact, a hybrid version of the FTQ307.

While all four elements on the FTQ307 cooktop are induction, the FEN500 has two induction and two radiant elements. Both models have a spacious 5.9 cubic foot oven capacity, Samsung's 3-fan True Convection, Steam Cleaning, and 8-pass hidden back element and warming drawer. If this does not return the desired results, try expanding the radius or searching other zip codes in neighboring areas. Distribution of particular models changes frequently, so checking back periodically may yield different results. Since this model is in the process of being introduced this Spring, distribution will be updated even more often.

If the timing of the distribution of this particular model does not meet your needs, perhaps you'd like to consider one of Samsung's other electric or full induction ranges, such as the FTQ387 or FTQ307; descriptions of these are available on this website.

Yes, you may use the warming drawer as storage when it isn't in use. I would suggest, however, storing only items that would not melt or burn in the event the drawer were to be turned on accidentally.

Thank you for the question. Samsung recommends that people with Pacemakers and Active Heart Implants keep their upper body at a minimum distance of 1 ft. (30cm) from induction cooking zones when turned on. Please consult your physician regarding the potential effects of induction on your specific device.

The lowest temperature setting available on the FE-N500WX range is 150°F in Bake mode, or 175°F in Convection Baking.

I'm sorry to hear something has dripped between the glass of your FE-N500 oven door. The vents at the top of the door are necessary to help prevent the door from becoming too hot. Unfortunately, the only way to clean between the multiple panes of glass is to disassemble it, which Samsung recommends having done by a qualified technician.
