Regarding about your concern, the compatible hands-free headset that you can use for the SCH-U450 handset are the Hands-Free Mono Headset (2.5mm) with part number AEP010SLEB/STD and the 2.5mm Hands-free Stereo Soft-Gel Headset with part number AAEP434VBEBSTD.

Question

We are trying to connect this to a Samsung Gravity TXT and it doesn't seem to be working. Do we need to change any settings to activate?

We have it plugged into the usb port on the phone and have tried incoming and outcoming calls. Neither the ear buds, nor the microphone seem to be picking anything up.
