Question

I cannot get any sound when my phone is docked, how to fix?

I can play songs on my phone, but the second it's in the dock the song stops playing. Also, when I set the alarm, it shows that it should be going off at the correct time, but it's completely silent.

This could be several different issues. Are you using the stock App? Start with checking

1. Media Volume
2. Application settings for both the alarm and Music player.
3.When Docked you also have those setting for the Dock application.

The Stratosphere is compatible. But any dock designed for it will not be compatible
