Thank you for contacting Samsung.

When not in use, the display will show STOP MODE. You can press the Mode button on the remote to make another selection.

I work at larkin center school, we were donated a dvd vhs combination player. I need to know how I can get it to read dvd's it keeps saying read dics error please help

How to remove VHS tape from inoperative DVD-V1000?

This is a dual DVD/VHS unit. Clock works. Nothing else does. Have removed cover. Please advise if tape can be removed and how.

the dvd will not open

we have a disk inside and now we are pushing the open button and the display will say open, but nothing happens, and when we push it agian, it says load. Is there another way to eject/open the DvD? Like a manual eject? The system still works fine other than it not opening.
