Make sure that the machine is level on the floor. If it is uneven any movement could cause the vent to squeak from the rear. If you are using solid metal vent pipe. If using the flexible vent hose then it just might not be that. It's worth the check the vent hose anyway..

To run the dryer without heat or water/steam after the cycle is complete, select Wrinkle Prevent by pressing the button on the control panel. Wrinkle Prevent will run for approximately 180 minutes to help reduce wrinkling, though you can stop the dryer and remove the clothes at any time.

Our dryer is three weeks old and doing the same thing. The drum doesn't look concentric.

Yes You can but you need to remember that you need extra length to move the dryer in and out.

ours is in the garage where it is hot & moist, it has to run longer.

If the dryer is set up properly - meaning the water is connected and turned on and the dryness level is set to Normal, More Dry or Very Dry - then it's perfectly normal for the clothes to be dry when removed after the Steam cycle. It is also not unusual for the steam to not be visible through the door, though some moisture may be visible.The Steam cycles should last for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. For more information on the estimated length of different cycles, please refer to the Cycle Chart in the back of the User Manual.

I had this problem right after it was installed. The steam hose to the back of the dryer had not been installed properly and came loose therefore causing a leak and water on the floor.
