Thanks for the question. For information and availability of Samsung's LPKIT-3 liquid propane conversion kit for your DV431AGP gas dryer, please visit SamsungParts.com or call 800-627-4368 to speak with an agent who can assist you. Samsung recommends having this kit installed by a qualified technician to ensure it is done correctly and safely.
I imagine you have already found the answer to this but I would recommend hiring a plumber as it's very important that this be installed correctly to prevent gas leaks. It should be located on the back of the machine, on mine it was the lower left side of the machine if your standing behind facing the machine.

answer 2
The kit is installed into the gas valve of the dryer, which is located behind the front panel. Two parts are removed from the valve and replaced with the corresponding parts from the kit.

Question
On my DV431AEP dryer how do I use the medium low heat setting. It seems to be locked out except in timed dry mode..
Thanks for the question. Please refer to the Cycle Chart on page 37 of the user manual for details of which settings are available for which cycles. While the Medium-Low option is available only in the Time Dry mode, there are Sensor Dry modes that would allow for either Medium or Low to be selected. The manual can be downloaded as a pdf file from this website for easy reference.
1) Remove the top by taking out the two screws at the rear of the unit. 2) Remove the control panel by taking out the four (?) screws going into the sheet metal behind it. 3) Disconnect the control panel and put aside. 4) Remove the two screws from the front panel in the middle in front of the lint screen. 5) Push down on the two spring clips at the top of the unit behind the chrome trim (they were under the control panel). You don't have to remove the trim.
That should be it and the panel should come forward. You'll need to disconect the wire to the light also.

Question
There is a loud buzzing noise midway through the drying cycle. How do I stop this noise?
Please try turning the signal down or off using the Signal button on the control panel, and turn the Mixed Load Bell off by pressing the Mixed Load Bell button. If the buzzing continues, please call 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to assist you further.
