It's not unusual for the Sensor Dry cycle to start out at a predetermined time, then drop down significantly if the dryer does not detect any moisture. If all or some of the clothes are dry, (especially those that are closest to the door where the sensors are located), then this is normal. Samsung recommends using the Time Dry cycle when drying mixed loads. However, if the clothes are not dry and the dryer is shutting off on Sensor Dry, but the Time Dry cycle is working fine, then your DV419AEW may require service.
