Yes, the DV3C6BEW dryer can be stacked on top of the WF316BAW washer using Samsung's SK-5A stacking kit. This accessory is available through SamsungParts.com or by calling 800-627-4368, as well as through many major retailers that carry Samsung front load washers and dryers.

I'm sorry to hear your DV3C6BEW is not drying your clothes properly. Please follow the link below to open the troubleshooting guide, then select "Operation ► Clothes Are Damp At The End Of A Sensor Dry Cycle": http://support-us.samsung.com/cyber...
While it is possible the lint trap or vent duct are clogged and may need to be cleaned (Samsung recommends cleaning the ducts at least once a year), there are other possible causes, as described in the above article.
