I HAVE THE SAME MODEL DRYER AND MINE DID COME WITH THE DRYING RACK. CALL THE STORE AND HAVE THEM BRING IT. YOU PAID FOR IT. GO GET IT.

I just did online chat. Samsung will send me the drying rack.

I purchased one too and it didn't have the drying rack with it I contacted samsung and I had to e-mail or fax them a copy of my receipt and they are sending me one.

The drum light on the DV350AEW is just inside the door; the matching WF350AAW washer does not have a drum light.

The DV350AEW can be converted to vent out the bottom using the DV-1A side vent kit, which is available through SamsungParts.com or at most major retailers that carry Samsung appliances. We recommend having the vent kit installed by a qualified technician.

I'm not sure what you mean by a "spring loaded" cover. While there is a new filter design available on some dryer models, the DV350 uses the traditional design. it sure can, contact sumsung, they have a 4-way vent kit

It should have come with this included. Check with the place you purchaced it. They may have removed it with the packing materials. They should replace it and hire people that know what it is.

Thanks for the question. The DV350 has a number of cycles and features, but the My Cycle option is not one of them. The DV331 does not have this option either. If having My Cycle is important to you, models that do offer it include the DV520, DV511, DV501 and DV431.

There is a "y" connector from your washer hook-up that connects to the dryer for steam! I have the 350 model and the steam is great!
