I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue. Before contacting service, please check the list below, since it may be difficult to determine if water remains in the bottom of the dishwasher because the cycle was interrupted by opening the door or by the water supply being turned off by something other than the internal leak detector.
- Make sure the door is completely closed and latched.
- Make sure the water supply line is connected and the water supply valve is fully open.
