This is an issue with your Internet browser, not your printer. If you are using a computer with Windows XP or an earlier operating system, you'll need to open Internet Explorer and navigate to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/. Run a check for any browser updates. If you're using a computer with Windows Vista or Windows 7, you only need to click START > All Programs > Windows Update to check for updates.
You can also try updating Java Runtime Environment. Open the following link and download the Windows Offline installer. Close your browser once the download is complete and run the installer. Once it's complete, try printing the page again.

Your final option is to download and install a second browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox and try printing it from there.

why do i have too reboot my computer to get my samsung clx-3185 to work
I just installed this printer last week. Out of the box it worked fine, but after it sets idle for a few hours, it goes offline and won't come back even after using control panel to put it back online. Rebooting the printer doesn't work, but rebooting the computer does. I have not had this problem with any other printers I have used on this computer over the years.

Based on the conditions you are describing, you might try disconnecting the printer from your computer and completely uninstalling any printer drivers or software, rebooting and then reinstalling the printer drivers or software. Be sure to follow the explicit instructions of the directions, as many USB printers are not supposed to be connected to the computer until the associated driver or software prompts you to do so. Also, since this is a business model printer, we recommend you call 1-866-SAM4BIZ for further support with this issue.
Thank you for contacting Samsung. This model that you posted on only has a USB 2.0 connection. There is no upgrade path to enable network functionality. Thank you for being a Samsung customer!
I downloaded and installed the Universal Print Driver and it basically broke the original CLX software that came with the printer. The Smart Panel no longer recognizes there's a printer and the universal driver doesn't help with the other features of this printer. I'm left wondering how this printer is supposed to be set up.
Has anyone there ever considered coordinating the software that you release for a product?

WHAT kind of paper can I use on a ML-2510 Laser printer??? Can I use Semi-Gloss & Glossy "PHOTO" paper and such on this printer. And are there ANY other types of paper (Like 3 Hole Punched) that I can SAFELY use WITHOUT fear of jamming the printer???

I know this should be simple. So far the drivers have been installed and the copy function works, but if I try to print the test page or print a .txt file the printer says it is offline. The light on the corner is green. I just am not finding this printer is easy to setup. Please direct me to a manual and page with instructions on what to do if the printer status says it is offline. Trying to use a USB router to network my CLX-3185
I have a hard-wired connection from my router to a USB modem connected to my printer. I have positive connectivity through the network, added the printer as a network printer and have run the trouble shooter but I still can't print. The error message I get is "Network printer status is not available" Any ideas?
