You have to configure the wireless via USB first. Connect it via USB, install the software and configure it for wireless.
I haven't had to reconfigure it even after changing out wireless routers (maintaining the same wireless security settings - SSID, security type and password)

Question
by my registration can you tell me when and where I purchased this printer? Thank you
Unless you were prompted to provide that information upon the initial registration, we would not be able to tell you when you purchased a product you own. We really only keep track of the model and serial numbers, in addition to the date of purchase, outside of any personal contact info. But, this information has to be provided to us by the customer first.
Thanks for contacting Samsung. Depending on the job you are printing, you may need to clear the memory on the printer. Also if you have been printing large print jobs and its been taking longer and longer to spool, you may need to reset the port settings: http://bit.ly/CLP610ND-PortSettings
Alternatively, you may want to check and see if there are updated drivers/software for your printer as well. They can be found here: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/supportOwnersProduct.do?prd_mdl_name=CLP-610ND

It took a call to tech support but I got an answer. When printing with the color drivers the printer uses color toner even when printing black and white or greyscale. I had to download a mono driver. On the main support page I entered my printer model number and went to the support page for my printer. I then clicked on "Get downloads" and then "Drivers" and found the driver that specified "Print Driver, Mono". It was then easy to add that driver to the printer list. My model was CLP-620 but hopefully other models also have Mono drivers.

The printer works but not the smart panel. The Error is: Printer driver is not installed or printer port is not USB or network.
iYogi technicians have tried without sucess to help and they say I need a new disc from you for my Windows 7 computer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times but nothing helps. It seems when I uninstall that it is not really uninstalled. Do you have a cleaner tool to help uninstall the dirver and software?
Thank you for contacting Samsung. Go to the following link and click on driver: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/CLP-610ND#drivers
Then select from the Smart Panel driver. If that doesn't work, email us at qasupport@sea.samsung.com and recap all what you've tried thus far. Thank you for being a Samsung customer!

Paper Jam Error (intermittent) I think it "0" opening the transfer belt drawer and closing prints one page and then the error code happens again - repeating the door open and close seems to get another page printed.
CLP 620 ND IS not on your list of products. What does that mean?
I have a red light on the panel that says Prepare Toner and an Arrow over the yellow. Have not even run 1000 copies otr so I'd guess since there is no counter. Can it possibly be out of toner? Does it come with low capacity toner cartridges?
whenever I think I have everything working right and the printer is working correctly, if I turn off my computer and restart it. The printer driver thinks that the printer is "offline"
Why does my clp610nd printer show as offline when I reconnect my notebook computer?
Every time I use my notebook computer (Windows 7) on a trip, when I reconnect my computer cannot recognize the printer as online. In the past I have had to go through downloading and reinstalling the printer driver to get it going. Is there a simpler way to get my computer to recognize the printer???????
