Looking for Answers about samsung 23" Widescreen LED-Backlit LCD Monitor?

If I connect my desktop to HD Panasonic LCD 36" TV, it shows a better quality than Samsung 23" Full HD BX2350 monitor. By right full HD shall be better than HD, but in reality it is not. Any explanation?

Auto adjust on my BX2350 is not functioning, is your BX2350 compatible with G-BYTE GTX460 OC (2 FANS) ?

I've noticed a low clicking sound coming from my monitor from time to time. Is this normal?

On setting up my new monitor I tried to select Enmglish, but the languages started to appear at incredible speed and I've landed up in Polish. How do I now change the monitor language to English? Nothing seems to work.

I'm having problems in tilting(adjusting the angle of the screen).I'm not sure that i connected the screen to the stand correctly(i did everything it said in the manual),but i can't change the angle of the screen,i'm afraid to push it harder.I know it's a stupid question but i could really use that function.
