There is no passkey. Put your phone in pairing mode, close to the bluetooth and turn the bluetooth on. It will automatically pair itself. If you have the little booklet that came with the bluetooth, look at "Pairing" on pg 11.

Question
How come even when my bluetooth is disconnected or the device is erased from my list of devices on my phone, I still get the recorded voice.
The device is unpaired, turned off, or erased from my list of devices on my phone, I still get the recorded voice for incoming calls and texts instead of my ringtones. I've urned the phone off and back on, and that changes nothing.

Hi Deb630,
Thank you for your inquiry. We understand that even you have erased and unpaired your HM1200 to your phone, you still get recorded voice and we do apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused you.
We did not receive enough information regarding the product for which you have requested assistance. Please contact us with additional information regarding the model number of the phone about which you are inquiring, so that we may better assist you.
To check the model code of the phone, please check the back of the phone underneath the battery. Other options to check the model code is through its package and user guide.
We look forward to your response.
Thank you for your continued interest in Samsung products.
Can you use this to voice dial? Can I say "call home" and it does?
