The included remote is pre-programmed for the unit.

For universal remotes, codes and programming assistance would have to be provided by them.

How do I edit the access point to connect my blu ray player to a wireless network?

Once the Netflix widget is launched, the player will present a code. You'll need to log into Netflix.com and enter the code at www.netflix.com/samsung or www.netflix.com/activate to sync the player to your account.

Once you enter the code, it will tell you that it is connecting and display your queued movies.

The BD-P1600 is primarily designed to be connected to a television, although the application that you're attempting may be possible. You may want to check the connections and see what options are available when connecting consumer electronic devices with your computer.

Netflix and Pandora can both be used on the computer through the browser.

The WIS09ABGN LinkStick can be purchased at the retailer you specified, and should probably have been suggested as part of the sale.

netflix screen comes up but it keeps saying that it will not load movies in my instant que, try again later. I can play netflix on every divice but this one. It was working yesterday and no one touch the settings, it will just not bring up my que. I can play you tube and i did a network test and everything was fine.

No, you need the WIS09ABGN, WIS10ABGN or WIS12ABGN LinkStick to connect your player to your existing wireless network. Those can be found at many retailers, and also at the www.samsungparts.com website.
