Looking for Answers about samsung BD-P1590?

Our Blu-Ray did not come with a remote in the box. How can we get a new remote sent to us?

I have been playing BlueRay disks on my HD-capable TV using my player's HDMI output and my TV's 1080i-compatible component input. I set the player's HDMI output to 1080i and I convert to the TV's component input via an HDFuryII converter. Everything has worked fine until now. With the most recent firmware upgrade for my player, my video display on the TV has stopped working. The video momentarily displays on my TV when the player first turns on, but goes blank a moment later and does not recover. Please tell me how to set things up on my player so it will again display on my TV at 1080i resolution via my HDFuryII converter.

i have registered the device, checked the connection, powered it up and down several times, the que is only at 35.

Can i use any USB wifi adaptor for this device?

I tried latest firmware still no luck. Tried setup again.

I tried the troubleshooting found in the manual (batteries, draining microprocessor)
I also tried resetting the factory settings on the Player

I have a BD-P1590 player that will not read my blu-ray dvd's.

I have played blu-ray disks without problems until I tried to play this new disk. Initially it played the promos and previews, but when I tried to start the movie it rejected the disk with the screen note that it could not play the disk. When I tried to play it a second time it would just grind and not load the disk at all. I played the disk on another blu-ray machine without a problem. A second disk with the package with special features would play, but had freeze frames with the audio continuing, but continual picture disruptions. The unit say that the firmware is up to date. Thanks for any help you can give.
