Why do I have so much trouble using Netflix! it is so inconvenient! It's not the internet because it is working fine and is in the room closest to the router and we have no problems with our Sony smart tv. A lot of the times I have to log in again. The show will start to load but than will just stop and be frozen for hours in the same spot. It is really annoying and I'm starting to hate this Blu-Ray player.

I can't find Spotify listed among the apps in SmartHub, however, it appears Spotify is a Samsung app available on smart TV's. Is this app actually available for this player as well and if not, will it be? (Please? :)

Can you add more memory? If so please let me know. If not, that's just crazy! Why offer all these apps and not have the ability to use them? I currently have 3 apps in my default and it says I am using 92.31 out of 103.00.
I just had a long on-line chat about this with 3 different agents. according to them, there is no way to add more memory. hundreds of apps and only 10 MBs of space for apps. ??? You can delete some of the ones that it came with and add other ones instead, but that's it! arrrgh.

Are they ever gonna fix the problems so many customers are having with the Netflix app? I have read so many complaints the same as mine as well as answers from the help chats. I have tried everything that Samsung support says to but I am still having problems. It takes what seems like forever to load the app then forever for the list and the movie. Sometimes (only a few) it works fine. But most it starts the movie then it stops and reloads or pops up that there is no connection. I have tried wifi and shutting all other items off, I have tried wired, I have tried restarting, everything! But I can go to my pc or wii and its just as smooth and fast as it can be. I think I may just take this player back and try a different one or just get my money and say forget it. Not worth the headache anymore, this is the 2nd one I have tried.
I installed AllShare successfully on my pc (core i7 box, windows 7, running fine). All network connections (wilreless) are working fine. But my BD-EM57C will not access AllShare. It does access the internet, it does access Netflix and other things, but will not access AllShare. And from the pc, AllShare does not see it either. AllShare does see PC Manager from Samsung. Help.

I bought this blue ray player because offered netflix a several apps I've been enjoying in my PC. But I saw that Netflix and Pandora are not available in the Samsung app. Would I solve this problem? I really like the blue ray, and I don't want to get it back because of this problem.

How long does it normally take to download netflix app
I have a Samsung BluRay player, wireless, and I'm connected to a Cable Broadband. I signed in 25 min ago, the NetFlix logo has been flashing back and forth from Red to Gray and bottom indicaters are moving as if it's doing something/working.
