Sometimes devices can be deactivated when more than six devices are connected to any given Netflix account. Even if this is not the case, sometimes devices occasionally need to be reconnected to your Netflix account.
First, check to make sure that the device is not listed in your Netflix account. You can do this by checking to see which devices are attached to your Netflix account, or by contacting Netflix directly and having them assist. You want to make sure that your Blu-ray player is deactivated.
What's your Blu-ray player is deactivated, you be able to activate is again simply by starting the app. Starting the Netflix App will prompt you to enter a code into the
www.netflix.com/activate website. Once you've entered that code, it should load your account and queued movie selections directly on the Blu-ray player.
If you need further assistance with deactivating your Blu-ray player or working with your Netflix account, the Netflix customer service center can be reached at 1-866-716-0414.
