I can't get my blu ray to play a disc. When pressing play the message says "not available". Whats the problem?

Blue ray model BDC6500. I have updated and still can't get a movie to play. It will play other discs at this time. The movie is Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1 for blu-ray

Issues with Samsung Blu Ray BD-6500

I have had this Samsung Blu ray since Christmas last year and have had numerous problems. At first I had problems with the disc holder not opening, won't eject. Next I had problems with the cd skipping and freezing no matter which cd I put in. The last time I used it the cd froze and I couldn't get the cd to eject. Since this is less than a year old is there a warranty?. What should I do?
