We apologize for the problems you have experienced while attempting to register online.
Samsung recommends using Internet Explorer for this process, as other browsers can encounter difficulties with serial number acceptance.
Please select “Product Group: Mobile” and “Category – Cell Phones”.
Your cursor will then jump to the Serial Number field. This can be found on your phone on the label beneath the battery. Please enter your IMEI The IMEI is the numeric code that is 15 characters long. Or You can also dial *#06# on your phone to get the IMEI

Upon checking the specifications and settings on the WEP460 Bluetooth Headset (AWEP460JBE), it does not store pairing record.

The Bluetooth headset has Bluetooth version 2.0+EDR and supports Headset Profile, which is use when an incoming call is received, and Hands-Free Profile, which allows a connection from the phone to a wireless Bluetooth-enabled car kit, and Headset Profile.

The Bluetooth headset does not support Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP), which is a Bluetooth profile that allows for the wireless transmission of stereo audio from an A2DP source and for listening music.

For you to pair the AWEP460JBE headset to another Bluetooth device, please follow the steps below:

1. Enter Pairing mode. If you turn the headset on for the first time, it proceeds into Pairing mode immediately.
Make sure that the headset is off, and press and hold the Multi-function button until the indicator light turns on blue and stays lit after blinking.
2 Search for and connect with your phone according to your phone user's guide. (Bluetooth PIN: 0000)
If the pairing is successful, the blue indicator light will flash 10 times rapidly before entering Standby mode. If the blue indicator light remains lit, retry pairing.

Should still you could not pair the Bluetooth headset with your device, we recommend contacting the manufacturer of this device as they can assist you pair the phone with the Bluetooth headset.

If you would prefer to order by phone, please contact our Accessories Department by dialing toll-free 1-800-757-0280 and choosing option "2" in order to purchase genuine Samsung accessories.

A live operator can assist you between the hours of 7:30 am - 4:30 pm (CST) Monday - Friday. They will be able to answer any questions you might have about accessories or how they work.

We do not have information on if or when there may be future releases of additional accessories for our handsets.

Just turn ON bluetooth of ur cellphone then hold WEP 460's ON/OFF button so that it will flash blue led for 4 times then blue light glow for the rest.. then without taking the finger from WEP 460,search a new device from ur cell phones bluetooth menu.. u ill get what u need brother.

wep460 will dial last dialed number even if you click the head set .how to fix this?

Wep460 as a matter of pratice will dial out the last dialed number even if some one presses the answer button accidentally. It is creating problem not only in terms of dialing last dialed number but also calling minutes. This is a problem for me in using this .. I think this every one would have faced. How to fix this?

Would I be able to use a Samsung WEP460 bluetooth in place of my headset on my computer?

I mostly use the headset to play computer games with my son who is in another state. The Logitech headset I am using now sometimes causes pain after an extended time. Can I use the Samsung in lieu of the head-set for listening to the computer sounds and communication w/son. We use Windows live messenger mainly, sometimes skype. Thanks for your time.
