Since the plastic ear hook is just part of an accessory that came with the Bluetooth headset and it’s not covered by the warranty of the device then you can obtain an ear hook by purchasing new one. You may contact our Samsung Accessory Department for the process.

The WEP460 also has a Bluetooth version of 2.0+EDR. The device also supports Bluetooth Headset Profile which allows you to use Bluetooth headset for calls and Hands-Free Profile which allows the device to connect to the car.
