The WEP460 is a Mono Bluetooth Headset and you can't stream music using a Mono Bluetooth Headset.
You can only make calls and answer calls using the WEP460.
You need to purchase a Stereo Bluetooth Headset for you to be able to stream music from the PC.

The earhook and earbud is not covered by the warranty. If the earhook of your WEP460 broke, then you may purchase a new earhook.

Are there any different ear hook attachments?

My WEP460 ear hook doesn't seem to fit my ear correctly, my ear must be little, because the headset falls off all the time!! Very frustrating!

Thank you for your inquiry. What we can offer for the Bluetooth headset would be the default password on the AWEP460JBE which could be “0000”.

Regarding about your concern, the Bluetooth headset WEP460 is not compatible with the PlayStation 3 because the WEP460 only supports Headset Profile, Hands-Free Profile which can only be use for voice call and connecting to the car.

For you to pair a Bluetooth headset to the device, the device must support Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP), which is a Bluetooth profile that allows for the wireless transmission of stereo audio from an A2DP source (typically a phone or computer) to an A2DP receiver (a set of Bluetooth headphones or stereo system).

The WEP460 Bluetooth headset does not support Bluetooth Profile Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP), also known as "Bluetooth Stereo Profile", which allows stereo quality audio to be streamed from a media source to a connected device.

The WEP460 also has a Bluetooth version of 2.0+EDR. The device also supports Bluetooth Headset Profile which allows you to use Bluetooth headset for calls and Hands-Free Profile which allows the device to connect to the car.

Try pairing your Bluetooth headset to a different device and see if it will connect so you can isolate the issue if it's with your headset or with the other device.

Did I fry my bluetooth?

My bluetooth died (with full battery) when I attempted to connect to my phone today. The crucial thing seems to be that the bluetooth wasn't quite "On" yet when I started trying to connect to it from my phone, after that, I haven't been able to turn the bluetooth on again. Thanks for your help!
