I have the actual bluetooth & chager case but seem to have misplaced the cord to the case

Question

How to connect bluetooth to phone.

I can't get the phone to pick up my blue tooth. My blue tooth is a WEP-200, model AATH200HBE. I'm trying to connect it to a new phone. I need to know how to get the phone/blue tooth into discovery mode, and once I get it into discovery mode will it ask me for a PIN number? If it does is the PIN for the headset or the phone itself? And how do I know what the PIN is? I had this connected to another phone that broke and really need to be hands free! Thanks!

Thank you for your correspondence. Please try to use the default pass code to pair your phone via bluetooth. Default pass code is 0000 or you may try 1234.

If it won’t work, we would be glad to give you further assistance in checking your phone. If it incase it is a Samsung phone, please call Samsung Support Hotline at your earliest convenience, please call Samsung Customer Support by phone at our toll free number 1-888-987-4357, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, Central Standard Time.

Tip: Just in case you need to contact us about your phone issue, we highly advise you to use a different handset, so that we could walk you through checking the phone while on a call.

As i understand you have the WEP200 Bluetooth device that you want to pair with your phone.
Let me show you on how to place your WEP200 in pairing mode.
*switch on the bluetooth headset,press and hold the power button for 8 or more seconds until there is a steady light appear on the
bluetooth device.
*switch on the bluetooth connection of the phone
*try to search the phone for the desired bluetooth headset
*connect the phone to the bluetooth headset

Let your phone search for your WEP200.

At your earliest convenience, please call Samsung Customer Support by phone at our toll free number 1-888-987-4357, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, Central Standard Time.

The default bluetooth pairing code is "0000" for the WEP200.
