Looking for Answers about samsung 931B?

When I shut off the monitor, and turn it on, the screen shows for about a second, then blinks out again. I've been happily using this monitor for about 4 years.

I have had the monitor awhile but if I had to guess at how many hours the monitor has been on I would have to say no more than 80 hours total

my 931b is currently running on my lap top just fine i recently had to wipe the hard drive on my DESKTOP which seems to be fine, when i hook up the 931b to my DESKTOP some time it works fine others it doesnt is there some hard ware that needs to be down loaded or is there some thing else hindering the situation??

Is this a powerboard issue? what is the model number of the powerboard I can order?

My monitor has approximately 1 inch black border around all four sides of the screen. The image does not fill the monitor screen space

flashing analog and digital updated monitors drivers didn't help

Several weeks ago my monitor started strange behavior. When booting up, the monitor would momentarily blink every second or so all the way through the boot process. Then, if I would leave it alone for 15 minutes or so (while the screen was blank) I would find that it had turned itself OFF. So, I would turn it on and wiggle the mouse, and eventually the screen would come on showing the desktop icons. It is NOT a computer issue, as I have tested the computer with another Samsung monitor, and that works fine. Also, I tried the faulty monitor on another computer and it had the same problem CAN THIS BE REPAIRED? AND, if so WHAT needs to be replaced (I assume), HOW expensive would it be, and WHERE could this repair be done? I live about 30 miles west of Philadelphia, PA. Thank you.

I pretty much leave my unit on because of this. I am constantly restarting. Monitor is roughly 2 years old, I really enjoy it, this has been my only issue with it.

My SyncMaster 913B LCD just works fine here in Israel at 220V \ 50Hz.
Can I take it to US where the voltage is 110V \ 60Hz, it will work there fine or I need to buy an adaptor?
