Looking for Answers about samsung Interactive Whiteboard Solution?

I am using the software for the Interactive Whiteboard. I changed the file path in the Settings for the Clip Art and Background to a file on my computer. I would now like to restore the Clip Art and Backgrounds that were included in the program but am unable to restore the original file paths. How to I restore the default file paths so that I can use the clip art and backgrounds that originally came with the program?

Now teachers would like to prepare lessons for the touchscreen at home.
Is there the a possibility to install the touchscreen software on a laptop without having a physical connection to the touchscreen??

If so where can I get the supporting protocol document for this feature and the supporting protocol document for the serial port.

Q1 Is there a touch screen calibration utility for Windows XP? My screen does not accurately detect the location of my touch.
Q2 Is there an on screen keyboard utility, similar to that provided by Windows 7, that automatically displays just below a text input field?

Hello, we have received a 650ts TV at the school and we are not able to orient the touch sensitivity. Every time we touch the screen, the mouse goes to the left of where we touched. Is there any way to change it so that the mouse goes where we press?

Is the 650TS a Quad touch screen or a dual touch screen? What preloaded software is on the unit.

There is no hole pattern in the back of the screen.
