Question

I am getting a PE error message after it was installed

My new dishwasher once installed Displayed an Error Message PE, i was told to try and run a cycle but it would not allow me to and this i was told to unplug and reset after 20 minutes, this did not work as well. Can u help me with this issue. What does the PE stand for and how do i get pass this so i can start using my New Samsung Dishwasher.

PE error code is a half load Function error. Since you have done a power reset on the machine already, try selecting another cycle such as normal, sanitize. If that does not work, I suggest a technician take a look at it for you. Please copy the address below into your browser to initiate the service process.
